Through certain structural design, make investment to any project company with financing needs and expected to have good cash flows. Within the investment term, the fund holds and pledges a majority stake of the project company; project land/construction in progress will be mortgaged to an entrusted loan bank; the original shareholder and actual controller will assume joint liability guarantee to ensure fund security. When the investment falls due, the fund will withdraw by the ROI way agreed in advance.        

The investment term of mezzanine project fund will be one year at least,and no more than two years in principle.
